It's the Oscars, but it doesn't matter. All these awards shows (Grammy's, Oscars, American Music Awards, Globes, MTV music awards, etc) are all borefests and an excuse for overpaid and overrhyped celebrities to kiss each others butts! They all stink, so it doesn't matter who hosts it! You could have a robot or a CPR mannequin host these shows and they still would suck!

They could have gotten someone else, but apparently they didn't want to. Ellen will do a good job. She's hosted award shows before. BTW, it's the Academy Awards (Oscars) - not Grammys.

Dude - she is good at this stuff. Tonight is the first time she is doing hosting at the Oscars. She may just make a boring buch of sh&it watchable for a few minutes.
