could be, young children can be "evil" and could invest alot of time in being mean, plus, group influence is very strong when we are younger but being a trained professional should cover all this so maybe the teacher just lacks good leadership skills.

I had a cross eyed teacher, she was twice as strict as any other teacher, precisely be cause she was cross eyed.
We never new who she was talking to so we were always in trouble.

maybe, i had a teacher with a lazy eye once and he was fine with us...but then again there was only like 5 or 6 people in the class but i went into his class when there was a bigger one and they were fine
