my furnace makes whistling noises when shutting down?

This has just started happening the past two days but when the furnace cycles off it makes a loud whistling noise like a train whistle/teapot whistle. Does anyone have suggestions to the cause and the solution?

Lubricate the oil ports on the turbine or squirrel cage blower, install new furnace filter and check the blower ducts where the whistling noise is.

Not sure but make sure your filter is clean
