"schizo" obviously refers to "schizophrenia" -
1. crazy, wild, eccentric, lunitic (American Heritage Dictionary)
2. split cleft, cleavage, fission (American Hertiage Stedmans Dictionary)

cleft: (Random House Unabridged Dictionary)
1. a space or opening made by cleavage; a split.
2. a division formed by cleaving.
3. a hollow area or indentation

"meres"
1. plural - French meaning mother;
2. lake, pond or marsh

So, I would guess that it means "crazy mothers" or maybe a group of mothers with cleavage!
Or a lake or marsh with a cleft.
