Without knowing what you do now, it's tough to say. Do you use any kind of lube? If not, try some -- it's great! There are different kinds out there. If you use your right hand, try your left or vice versa.

well well well,i dun think this is the exact answer you are looking for but i guess i want to advice you to put a stop to it rather than having to continue because i am now having a serious problem out of that,it could easily lead to pre mature ejaculation
