Some may argue murder is ok whenever the person deserves it. Like death row… Or back in the 1800’s when people would have hangings of convicts as means of entertainment. But what about innocent life? On my subject the question isn’t whether the life is innocent, but is it living? Abortion; one of the most controversial subjects of all time. Is it right? Who’s to say its wrong? When does life start; conception, after the vitals work or at birth? If you study every organic substance… plants, animals, humans, and microscopic organisms; we would agree that these things do live and eventually they die. So let’s question conception. A sperm cell and an egg cell both cells both living. During conception a sperm fertilizes an egg… soon afterwards it becomes a zygote. Are zygotes living? Yes. Because how can a dead cell multiply itself against itself; from 1 to 2, 4, 8, and 16 and so on until that one alive cell multiplies into billions and billions of other living cells. Or in simpler terms; how can two living cells come together and make something dead? So since life is present due to the living cells; the question now is time. Well, what time should I get rid of this before I feel like I’m killing something? Time; is only a symbol. What is time? Your time is your life. Time is life and life is existence so who’s to say the zygote that spent time in your womb, isn’t existing? Now, the question is; Is it human? I don't understand why people question if a zygote made by humans isn't human. A man and a woman cannot come together and make an animal... I keep hearing people say we should respect the “potential” life of unborn babies. Why should we respect potential life when the cells are already living?

You raise a good point. As I see it, killing can be put into two broad categories: Lawful and unlawful. Generally lawful killing of people requires a government controlled trial, a jury pronounces a guilty verdict, and a pronouncement of a death sentence because of being found guilty. Unlawful killing doesn't require any of these things.
Abortion fits into a small category where it is legal but none of the usual trappings are there. There is no government controlled trial, there isn't a guilty verdict, and there isn't any pronouncement of a death sentence because of being found guilty.
In regards to whether the baby is living or not is a stupid question, it's like asking if the pro-choice person advocating for abortion is alive or not. Of course the Baby has a life and is living, why else is it growing. It's only politics that allows people to pretend it isn't a human.

Yes, of course abortion is murder. Every single abortion kills an innocent, living human being. This is not a matter of opinion, but a simple biological fact. From the moment of conception, we are unique, growing individuals with our own DNA. Nothing will be added to us except time and nutrition, the same things that are added to all of us as we grow and mature. The ONLY differences between a newly conceived human being and an adult are these:

1. Size
2. Level of development
3. Environment
4. Degree of dependence

None of these determines our personhood or right to live. Is a 30-year-old man more alive or more human than his 3-year-old daughter, because he is larger and more developed? Is it less of a crime to kill her than him? How about environment? Is there something magical about the trip down the birth canal that "converts" us to living human beings? Is the premature baby in an incubator less of a human being than the rest of us? As far as dependence goes, a newborn baby is also completely dependent on his mother. Left alone, he will die. Does that mean anyone has the right to kill him?

Let's face it, the ONLY times in history when human beings labeled other human beings "non-persons" were when they wanted to kill and subjugate them:

Also, by the time most women know they are pregnant (just 3 weeks after conception), their child's heart is already beating. Virtually no surgical abortions are committed before 6-7 weeks, at which point the baby has tiny fingers and recordable brain waves. By the time the average abortion occurs (at 10 weeks), the child is fully formed, with all organs functioning. She can suck her thumb and grasp an object placed in her palm. If her palm is pricked, she will open her mouth and pull her hand away.

Every living soul should be saved. Why just zygotes. Lets save the living humans before the fetuses. Tens of millions of living humans will die and it will all be your fault.
If you take the money you spend, time you spend and energy you spend to save an unwanted fetus and use it to save a wanted human, you would not look so much like a fool.
And if you want to save the fertilized egg, why not the plain egg and sperm, it has as much potential for life. And why not save every egg lost in the woman's period, they are alive.
What you say is so short sighted.

PLEASE don't try to entice anyone else to be a pro life hater of humans and worshiper of fetuses. You are simply encouraging murder of humans.
