Hi. From what I can see, it seems the best ISA rate on the market at the moment is the ING Direct one, paying 6.00% AER. It is also instant access incase you need to withdraw the money, however, if you withdraw in the first 6 months the interest rate will drop to 5.13%. You can open the acc't with a minimum investment of £1 and maximum of £3000 per tax year ..... check it out at http://www.ingdirect.co.uk/savings/our_savings/isa/

Most building societies give fairly good rates. I opened mine at nationwide because it had a good rate at the time, although i am not sure about now. I thinkk Britannia might be another option you could try. Good luck
