I know we feel obliged to say stuff like that to our families and our significant others, but I think stuff like that gets neglected a bit in friendships. Personally, I try and find ways to show my friends they're special, and important to me.

Yeah, I tell them all the time. I've learned that 2morrow ain't promised to anyone, so it's best to say how you feel. You never know, you may never get that chance again.
Plus, letting your friends know how you feel make just make their day. :)

I think it's nice to hear that your being a good friend once in a while. It gives you a since of worthiness and it makes you feel good that your being a great Friend to someone who really wants you to be their friend.
