My science project is due on like Tuesday and I have to get this all done by then my moms making me do this project and she's so clueless .

There are two rises involved, both of which can take 45-65 minutes.
How quickly the bread will rise depends on the temperature it is rising in. The warmer it is, the faster it will rise. However, if it is too warm, the bread will rise too quickly and it will ruin the bread. The easiest way to make bread is to buy Robin Hood flour. There is a recipe on it to make basic bread. In total, it takes about 3-4 hours.

Make the bread and time it. Your mom is right to make you do this project. The rising time will depend on the temperature and humidity so make sure you record that as well.
