If all the other toilets in the house fill faster then this toilet here are some thing i would check as a plumber.
1. the shut off valve may not open all the way turn it clockwise
2. the shut off/ fill valve may have some crap in it so clean it out or you may need to replace it. first turn off the water to the house and then take it off.
3. the diaphragm in the fill valve has stuff in it so turn off the water take off the top cap and check. if this is plugged you may need to replace it.
4. the fill valve is just bad. go the the store and buy a FLUIDMASTER FILL VALVE AND A NEW SUPPLY TUBE
if you change it and there is no change there might be restriction in the pipe going to the toilet.

First turn the volume up by opening your water supply. Second watch that you do not over fill your tank. This involves adjusting the screws to the water f shut off valve.

the 1st place to commence may be the water valve. in case you are able to turn off the water to the homestead, positioned a shallow pan under the valve and take it aside. examine to work out if the rubber washer on the tip of the stem is loose or broken. next examine the availability tube for any airborne dirt and dirt. If the bathroom has a Fluidmaster fill valve, you are able to do away with the main stunning and examine for airborne dirt and dirt there. in case you have yet another form of fill valve with a rod and waft ball, then replace it out for the Fluidmaster400. i'm hoping this helps.

make sure the line hooked to the toilet has the valve open all the way, if its only partly open, then it wont fill as fast as it should.... you also can make adjustments to the valve inside the top tank of the toilet....there should be a screw on top of the flush valve, try to make some adjustments there if the other valve was open all the way
