What possible, or likely harm, would it cause to drive my 1993 Suzuki Sidekick in 2 wheel High (2H) with the manual hubs locked?
One of them is stuck in and I don't really have time to fix it right now. So, I was just gonna leave them locked in for a month or more.
I drive about 20-25 miles a day.
Thanks

Locking the hubs engages the drive shafts back to the differential back to the drive at the transmission, (but not 'in' the transmission) from the wheels, so keeping them locked means that, while driving, your front wheels will be turning those drive shafts all the way back all of the time that they are locked on.

Uses extra fuel.

2 wheel rigidity means that the vehicle is propelled ahead (below engine means) with in effortless words both rear wheels. 4 wheel rigidity means that the vehicle will be propelled by all 4 wheels. this would nicely be accopmlished by the transferring of a lever or the pushing of a button on the dashboard. The "distinction" is that 4 wheel rigidity will allow having the flexibility to rigidity in "off highway" situations. that is truly accessible fro muddy roads, tricky terrain, and different confusing highway situations. it isn't a license to get out on the line and act like a fool. Ice situations are not any extra favorable to a driver in a 4 wheeler then a nicely recommended driver in a 2 wheeler. It in simple terms means once you screw up in a 4 wheeler you'll look extra stupid.
