STOP! Under NO circumstance should you feed your dog chocolate. Chocolate is toxic, and often fatal for dogs.
Why is Chocolate toxic to dogs and not humans? Theobromine, a component of chocolate, is a chemical which you can digest but your dog can't and this can make chocolate deadly to your dog.
What does Theobromine do to the body? Much like caffeine, it is a Central Nervous System and Cardiovascular stimulant; it can increase blood pressure and bring on nausea and vomiting. Some symptoms that a dog may display are: excitement (including nervousness or trembling), restlessness, hyperactivity, hypersensitivity to touch, rapid heartbeat and breathing rate, loss of control of leg muscles, muscle tremor seizures, weakness, Vomiting / diarrhea, Excessive thirst, excessive urination, coma and death.

It doesn't matter what they like, its whats good for them! Don't ever give your dog chocolate!! You can get some substitute pet chocolate that is like the real thing but not deadly. If you are going to give your dog chocolate get this stuff so you don't kill it

Yes dogs like the taste of chocolate but you should never feed a dog chocolate they can get sick, if they consume too much chocolate they could die!

Dogs should not have chocolate!!! They may like it, but there is an ingredient in it that is poisonous to dogs! Feeding your dog large amounts of chocolate will most likely end with his death, or an emergency rush to the animal hospital resulting in your dog having it's stomach pumped and a few days of recuperation. DON'T FEED YOUR DOG CHOCOLATE!!

all dogs should not have any chocolate because it could kill them! so i would not give any dog chocolate but some dogs can have chocolate but others can

Chocolate contains theobromine. A naturally occurring stimulant found in the cocoa bean, theobromine increases urination and affects the central nervous system as well as heart muscle. While amounts vary by type of chocolate, it's the theobromine that is poisonous to dogs.

Yes - but you shouldn't give it to them, as it is like poison to them. Buy special chocolate dog treats from the vet.
