I am so stressed right now and I am only 13 I don't know what to do... How can I feel better in like an hour?

I get that way sometimes too. Just stop and think about what's really stressing you out. If you have a lot you need to do then break it into little junks and do it piece by piece with breaks in between. Also take a shower, go for a jog, go outside, dance or do something soon. Remember stressing solves nothing and it wastes time.

Take a cold shower.....and relax....or a hot bath could help too...whatever works for you. Eat your favorite desert and enjoy the moment...only concentrate in what you are eating for like 5 minutes and then you'll be stress freee for a while..

I suggest that you think about what's making you stressed out. Is it worth stressing about? If it's homework, get it done. Lots of teens feel stressed about stuff. It usually doesn't last super-long... if thinking about it doesn't work, try distracting yourself.
