i heard on the news that anyone who worked in yr 06 gets $200 and something taken off their employment income?

where do i indicate this on my tax form?

This must have been a mistake because the only credit new in the taxes sytem this year is the telephone tax credit that is worth up to $60
1 exemption = $30
2 exemption = $40
3 exemption = $50
4 < exemptions = $60
