I use baby wipes for minor spills, it takes almost anything off. If someone sneezed on it or something I'll use sanitizing wipes.

The main problem with cleaning microfiber is that the material is directional in the way the fibers lay, and if you clean without brushing out the fibers, it will look funny in appearance. If you are wanting to clean this yourself, first I would suggest you don't, but if you cannot afford a professional, these are some guidelines to follow.
1. You must make sure and have a steam cleaner to rinse out any of the cleaner that you use, along with the dirt.
2. Do not use very much cleaner, as this will make the material sticky, especially if you are not able rinse all of the cleaner out. I will not suggest a particular cleaner, as the main thing is to make sure and rinse all of it out after you use it.
3. Do not use a brush to scrub on the material. This will disrupt the fibers and break them down. Instead, use a towel or your hand to agitate the soil.
4. Do not use a lot of water, as this will soak past the material and into the backing of your furniture.
5. Dry the furniture as quick as possible. A fan would help.
6. Finally, use a towel or your hand to brush the fibers into one direction, usually down.

If you would rather have it professionally cleaned, make sure you use an established cleaner and expect to pay around $75.00 for a standard couch.
Good Luck to you.

I work in a furniture store that sells alot of microfiber. For the most part I only use a wet cloth. If the stain persists use a mild soap. Most stores sell microfiber cleaner.
