RAW! Three raw eggs spread over some lightly buttered toast, topped with the eggshells, and covered with a few slices of avacado....that's a good breakfast.

Once over easy (if there's toast or something to eat with it),
an omelet with cheese, ham or bacon or sausage and veggies,
or scrambled with cheese.
The last two kinds with a little salsa on the side, too.

Scrambled, and well cooked so it's not all slimy. I can't eat eggs plain any other way.

I love eggs with four strips of thick bacon, salty and peppery, yolks so wet they are butter for your wheat or rye. I love eggs!
