I hate to say it but you should see a doctor. You could have something seriously wrong with you, and you won't know until you get looked at.

Until then, I suggest the following: Alleve (they totally KILL my cramps), taking calcium pills, eating ice cream, drinking chamomile tea, drinking peppermint tea. Those are all of the things that help me out (and I've had two kids, after each kid, the periods got worse!)

I was just get on the low dose birthcontrol pill. that REALLY REALLY helps. I was put on it at 14 for that very reason. I would pass out from pain and was literally enemic from bleeding.

Talk to your doctor about options, seriously. There is no reason to be in pain like that. Just when you DO get on the pill that you know that 10# weightgain is part of the deal and once its on, it stays there, no joke. If you get off/on/off/on, that weight follows it each time, so get on and stay on until your totally off forever.
Its worth the price. Just don't smoke okay. That is so dangerous on that medicine.

Drink in a lot of water or taken in a lot of fluids a day or two before you are due. Don’t miss a meal during this time. It is mostly due muscle fatigue or dehydration. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

14 isn't previous by way of start your era. while you're feeling that ill that's rather helpful to deliver it up on your well-being practitioner. don't be embaressed approximately speaking on your well-being practitioner he/she has seen and heard worse. beginning administration could desire to be an selection and basically reason you're 14 that isn't any longer a bad concept and its no longer in hassle-free terms for shielding against intercourse. I could desire to be on it I had no selection until eventually i wanted to be in extreme soreness from ovarian cyst rupture each month. So i might communicate on your well-being practitioner and notice what he/she thinks it may desire to be, if its regular and if its no longer they could assist you thru it.

Have you been checked out for endometriosis. Uterine tissue outside the uterus which 'menstruates' and causes acute pain. Go and see a Gynaecologist and get checked out, a simple surgical procedure (laparoscopy) may rid you of this agony.
