Typically, Talent Agents get their clients into CAA. If you have a strong resume with a lot of regional theatre, commercials, etc., mail your headshot and resume. You never know, they may call you!

The big agencies and in fact, no real agency has open calls. If you want to get with William Morris or an alphabet you need to be on the brink of stardom.
