I saw an interview with Brendon Urie and he said they will be in the studio for the next 4 months working on the album it'll probably be out sometime next fall...in the mean time their video for "build God then we'll talk" is said to be out next week

Panic! is on their break and they're working on their second album. They said now that they have a lot of time to work on their album they won't be rushed like in their first album. They also said that their second album might be out this fall like their first cd.

If you go to the official website, on Jan 18, it says they are working on it. No official date.
