You need to convert the video to a mpeg4 file.

Simply open the video/s you want to convert it it does the rest for you. Then the video option in itunes will work once the converted videos are in there. Then just add them to your ipod like you would with songs.

You have to have itunes and you can buy movies/videos from itunes store then sync them to your ipod.
