I shovel manure for a living and I'm offended by your question.

Are you gonna pay my mortgage?

I make hotel reservations for a casino over the phone...I get $9 an hour and work the evening shift, leaving my mornings to do whatever I feel like doing...so I think I'm fairly compensated...and you don't want to talk to a person that screams at you because they want a room on a weekend and they call the day of arrival and wonder why we have no rooms or the ones we do have are obscenely overpriced....like I said, FAIRLY compensated...they could give me a raise...or some vacation time....

I work in a high school. Part of my job includes keeping track of attendance. The large majority of the kids are great. But the ones that give me cr@p are SO full of it. I've heard so many excuses for why they can't come to school! Oh ya, they could pay me more!!

Yes, I am very well compensated for the amount of crap I have to put up with in my job. Full salary with every other Friday off, 3 weeks vacation, 12 paid holidays. Wasn't easy.

OMG, no!! I make four dollars an hour plus tips as a waitress. Mostly I get a couple of quarters for breakfast and a dollar at lunch. I usually go home with twenty dollars for six hours. I wish there was anything else in my little town, but alas there is not.

I should get paid more for the first 3 hours because of putting up with the drama queen. The last five are much better.

Well there are REALLY poopy days at the post office, like last wednesday in the blizzard...ugh. But then there are days where I work virtually 5 hours, and get paid $17 for 8 hours anyway. So I guess it evens out. Thanks for caring so much about my personal happiness.

Nobody gets paid enough to put up with *crap*.

If everyone got paid *enough* to put up with all the crap and backstabbing , then minimum wage would go up to 15-20 dollars an hour!
