this is odd on explorer?

on explorer the tool bar disapeared on the top of the page...then now I noticed that if I move my cursor to the top of the page the tool bar will be there then when I move it away it will disapear again. I also noticed that for the time its there most of my stuff is gone on the tool bar .....please help

Hit F11 and see if it comes back.

press f11
