Spawn vs Superman ??Who wins ??No biased answers either please!?

Ok I've checked up on both individuals and from what I see only prime superman can even hang with Spawn.I don't believe he can beat Spawn.Maybe even other characters in the spawn series would mop the floor with Supes.No where in any bio does it say that supes is omnipotent.But if you check the states in the wikipedia numerus characters in Spawn are.Thease are some of spwans powers .Superhuman strength, speed, durability and endurance,
Immortality,
Flight,
Magical abilities,
Teleportation,
Shape-Shifting,
Resurrection,
Energy blasts,
Wears living symbiotic costume capable of evolving,
Empathy. Be real not just a fan please.!!!!!

Great answers everyone so far but heres afew other things about Spawn you may not know,Following Issue #161, the Man of Miracles had given him fruit from the Tree of Life and propelled his power to nigh-omnipotent levels, enabling him to rival God and Satan. Now with the powers equal to both God and Satan, Spawn is the third power in the battle of Armageddon. Spawn has apparent control over the Earth itself, using it to his will when in battle against both armies. Spawn used the Earth to swallow all other Hellspawn and imprison them back in Hell. Most impressively, he used his new powers to wipe out the earth of all the legions of heaven and hell in one blast without showing any obvious wear on his power. In issue 163 he ressurected all humans and had undone all the damage from the four horsemen. And, heres his weaknessesAlmost unstoppable, Spawn is unable to die outside of a patch of alley known as "The Deadzone" unless beheaded by a weapon of heaven. He's omnipotent how can supes win

Heavenly Forged Weapons, such as Angelic Lances, Whips, Daggers, etc.
Celestial Fire - Such as that wielded by The Redeemers and The Disciple
Wiccan Magic - Such as that used by Nyx but he has to be willing to submit to it.
Heaven - His presence in Heaven, or in safe-zones of Heaven weaken him and his costume because of his nature as a hellborn warrior.
Greenworld - He has no power in the ethereal realm of Greenworld
Many of these weaknesses appear to have been entirely removed, as shown by his conflict with Zera, who was the favorite warrior of God in the Amageddon story arc. Despite being armed with heavenly power and weaponry, and even after almost completely bisecting him, Zera was unable to kill Spawn. Nigh-omnipotent as of issue #161, Spawn no longer had weaknesses, albeit, restored after the Armageddon to his role and stripped of his "angelic" appearance, he may have lost the bulk of his omnipotence.

Spawn would likely win. While probably not as strong or fast as Superman, he lacks Supes' weaknesses, which include magical attacks and the ever-present Kryptonite.

And Spawn can wield those magical powers.

Current incarnations of Spawn have virtually no weaknesses, although he used to be vulnerable to magic attacks and heavenly weapons, neither of which are in Superman's arsenal.

Spawn may be a bit too immortal for his own good as a character...

This is a tough one, although Spawn has some awesome powers, there is nothing he possesses that could possibly damage nor kill Superman.
I think it would be more of a stalemate. If Superman surprised Spawn he could likely kill him in one shot if he was traveling at top speed, but it's not really a fair comparison because Spawn inhabits more of a supernatural world while Superman doesn't.
I'm not really a fan of Superman, I used to read Spawn.

I've never been a big Superman fan, love the Batman, so since I also think Spawn is too cool, I would have to say, my money is on Spawn. I wasn't aware that he had that many abilities, Wow!
