If that motherboard uses AGP you'll need the AGP version of the card. If it has PCI-E, you'll need the PCI Express version.

I looked up your motherboard it has a AGP slot not PCI so that video card you are referring to will not be compatible....

if the card is a agp one then you could run it, plus you need high power supply cuz nvidia cards are power hogs
