Look for alternatives.

1. I know that the solution is within me.
2. I don't need to ask anyone else to advise me, but sometimes it's nice to get another opinion.
3. I know that hope is never gone unless I allow it to be gone.

There is a saying that goes something like this:

G-d give me the ability to change what can be changed, accept what cannot be changed, and give me the ability to know the difference.

It all depends on your attitude. There are many people with incurable diseases and so many have chosen to help others in a similar situation.

I know a lady who was 48 when doctors told her she had incurable cancer and could die in a few months or a year. She choose to go back to school. She earned another degree, taught school, went to school in the evening to earn her Master's Degree, and taught school for another 16 years. She is going to be 96 years old this year. All of her doctor's have passed away.

It is good to remember that to a large extent, we create our own destiny.

First of all get very depressed, then accept the fact that your hope is gone. Be as kind to yourself as you can possibly be, and pray that you will somehow get through the hard parts, and that small glimpse of hope will start to come through in time.

I can't tell what you could do, I can only tell you what I do in that situation. If I can, I take my time, few days to passe, me with myself, far from my normal life. Mountains, sea, not important, it's enough to be out of my quotidian, quietly walk observing, breathing new air, trying to don't think to usual thoughts, occupying my mind with new panorama, new people, observing and discovering the things are around me. Normally my mind becomes clearer and every times I can see always more deeply in myself. The life is hard, it's for that we have to re-charge periodically our batteries. Ciao.

When all hope is gone, do what I can and do not worry about what I can't change.

Well...

I suggest maybe listening to music, thinking things over, maybe pray about it. And you could join a Yahoo! Group. I started a group for teens dealing with depression. There are many support groups you could join. Try emailing a friend, or just talk to someone.

Hope this helps!=]

cry, eat junkfood, go swimming, talk to friends about it, get hugs and remember that this too (although hard to believe) will pass in time.
cheer up, I'LL think about you, and I send you a big hug, just remember out there are many others that feel the same, and out there are many who will meet you and love you. I know how hopeless things can seem, but things do get better, always, it just takes time.

There is always hope! Just when you think all is lost something unexpected and great might happen! Take some time for yourself, clear your mind and see what comes your way!

Then you have come to an end of yourself. Now it is time to turn to God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth and to Jesus Christ, his only son--who is our maker, and our Saviour, and our Lord. In him there is always hope. No matter how dark our own darkness seems.
