Right click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, and then click "Properties". If you're running XP, you should then have a panel appear that has a number of tabs along the top. Click the "Hardware" one, and then within this screen click the "Device Manager" button. Within a few seconds another panel will appear with the list of drives and video cards etc installed in your pc. If you then click the + sign alongside "Disk Drives" it will then show what hard drive manufacturer your hard drive is. Hope this helps.

double click my computer then right click on drive C: and click on properties then open up hardware tab and it tells you there what your make and model is

i have some software that tell you everything on how to make model ect graphics ect but is 1gb big
