how do u change it so that when someone goes to your site all ur friends show up instead of just the "top friends"

Well you cant. You can change your TOP though instead of 8 make it 24 or 64 which ever the limit is. The truth is that you can't show all of them, specially if you have like 200 of them.

U cant..but if its of the problem that u cant choose then there is a code that u can get that ethier hides them or only shows view all friends
