I don't know but I doubt it...chances are if she keeps having issues with drinking/drugging she won't have custody at all until she cleans herself up and stays in rehab. Right now she has shared custody with K-Fed and he and Lynne Spears are taking care of the kids.

Highly unlikely at this point Federline is looking like the sane one these days.. even with his WWE stunts LOL
But maybe thats her plan.. the best revenge you can get on an X is to give em the kids hahahah

Well, the way she has been acting, I don't think that she should. She started acting wild after her split w/Kfed. Makes you wonder...was he trying to keep her settled down??? Notice...he hasn't gotten into any trouble. And, he actually has a few jobs. The superbowl commercial, wrestling, etc. Everyone was on him, (including me). But, if you look at everything now, I think maybe he deserves them.
