1. Pick the place you want to work. Learn whatever you can about their mission statement and their background.
2. Take a shower, apply unscented antiperspirant.
3. Dress neatly in clean, conservative clothing.
4. Take a copy of your report card and a note from your mother to the employment office (I think, they'll know where if not them).
5. Obtain a work permit. It will allow you to work during the hours you are not supposed to be attending school.
6. Take the work permit to the place you want to work.
7. Tell them you have admired what they do for a long time and would like to begin work by working for them.
8. Explain that you have no experience (unless you do), but that you are willing to learn. Tell them you will work for a week and after they observe your work habits for that week, that you will work for whatever they decide you are worth. I have NEVER had an employer turn down this offer.
9. Spend that whole week showing up neatly dressed and be 15 minutes early every single day. If you see something that needs to be done, do it. Keep a can-do attitude and be grateful for the opportunity.
10. After the week is up, REGARDLESS of the outcome, thank them for giving you a chance. Then continue to observe the conscientious work habits that you displayed during that week.
11. ABOVE ALL remember that how you do anything is how you do everything. Only you can choose your attitude. Best wishes.

Picky aren't you?

I would think a 15 year old that wants money would like to work just about any place that's willing to pay him.

Your choices at age 15 are fairly limited to fast food, grocery store or any other kind of store, mowing lawns, babysitting, etc.

I don't think you're quite ready to get hired as Bank President yet.
