Do celebs who win razzies actually go to the razzies awards? I mean, doesn't that mean they suck?

I've read about instances where celebs go to the Razzies. Halle Berry showed up for her Razzies for the movie Catwoman. I think you have to have great humility to be an actor, and she knows Catwoman stank. She can laugh at herself, which shows great courage and humility. That's one example anyway...

They don't actually suck, just for a particular movie. They get an award, it's humorous. It doesn't actually mean anything bad. Halle Berry was laughing and happy when she received her's for "Catwoman".
