Sleep.
Then drinking plenty of water and no stress.
Also, as you get older it could be partly genetics and you can't get rid of that.

I saw this on the View and Ellen recently. Cut a raw potato into circles and put them over your eyes. There apparently is a lot of potassium that helps reduce the circles. If all else fails, use make up a little lighter than your normal shade, blend well.

The Artistry skin care line of products offers this great replenishing eye cream. It works great for circles, puffiness, and fine lines. Circles are due to bad blood circulation. You might think about taking vitamins as well. Visit this site

They are caused by toxins in your system. Home remedy: slice a potato and place them on your closed eyes. Works best if they are cooled in the fridge. Doesn't matter if they turn brown while you are doing this. This is just the potato oxidizing.
A great concealer is by Amazing cosmetics. The little tube lasts forever and works great.

I use Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle Intensive eye cream. You can get it at the grocery store for $20.00. I got mine about two months ago and there is still about half left in the tube. It takes about a week before you can really notice, and all you need is a little dab of it when you weak up and before you go to bed.

u can not get rid of them, but u can diminish the appearance of them by using an intensifying eye gel/cream. revlon just came out with this new cream. i am sure u can buy it at a drugstore. to conceal them just buy an under-eye concealer. it is similar looking to a tube of chapstick only the tube of color is the color of your skin. just take a cream brush and tap it on the tip of the concealing stick and than neatly blend with a brush underneath the eyes.

skin care companies make a lot of undereye circle creams, but i'm sorry i can't tell you which ones work and which ones don't.
i do know that most concealers will cover them up for the most part.
