I do weightlifting as a sport, and I took it up in my twenties, well after I'd finished growing. In the first two years I grew an inch and a half.
Load-bearing increases your bone density, and opens up your joints. I think it had a bigger effect on me, because I was a bit on the short side to start with.

I don't personally know anyone but I have heard of people growing taller at thirty and sometimes I know that people stop growing at about 12 and then have a g rowing spurt many, many , years later.

I'm a nurse. I'm so sorry at any age no one can make themselves taller. Try wearing shoes with a heal on them for some height. I wish I could have given you more information. Don't worry I'm sure your height is just fine. Take care.

No. You can make yourself look bigger by bulking up. I knew too guys, one was a former football player, big shoulders, arms; the other was a regular athletic guy but not bulked up. We always kidded the one guy about being the shortest, then one day noticed both standing side by side in my doorway--the bulked up guy was the same height--and we had never noticed this for 3 years, that is how much larger the other guy seemed.

Ignore all those above who say no! I got taller at 32 and my head got bigger too! I got promoted at work.

No.Hight growth stops around 21 in male.Some exercises may result increase by one cm.

No as the bone ends have closed off, usually in the late teens.
