I have a Whirlpool refridgerator with the freezer on top....and just recently, my fridge part doesn't cool like it should, but my freeezer part is fine, although it doesn't switch off anymore..it'll keep running.....I see some rost developing in the freezer area which it shouldn't do......what could be the cause to this, and my fridge not keeping a cool temp? It's only 6 years old by the way, and clean.

There is a heating element inside A no frost refrigerator. It is located at the coldest part of the freezer where the ice builds up . Yours is probably burned out if your freezer is frosting up . I believe there might also will be a fan which is supposed to blow from the freezer compartment whole into the refrigerator compartment .
