How come others haven't being reported for doing the same as i am, (even worse) to answering the same question and get away with it?

dont feel bad...............i believe it is something personal because the same thing happen to me. I had gotten to level 4 and needed only 900 pts to get level 5 when i was flagged........and i never tried to offend any one but it looks like i did........now i am having to start all over again

It happened to me, and I emailed them a couple of times. Then I got angry and when I saw that someone did something wrong, like scold the person asking the question or making racial comments, I reported them. And then, yahoo did it again to me because they thought I was a hassle or something. To be honest, I dont get it.

I hear you, I am so tired of getting a violation for saying something like, "Try Googling your question" or "WTF" when someone makes no sense at all. I think they take like 12 points per violation. I have started emailing them (yahoo) and tell them someone is point gaming me. I have seen no results thus far.

Depends on who you piss off. Some people can't handle themselves and feel the need to whine to Yahoo about it.
