North Face Jackets are for hiking anything for hiking is expensive because of the fabric and material. People started to notice the brand so now everyone wants to have one. I've had one for 2 years and it still keeps me warm.

well they're warm lol. i dont know. think about abercrombie, coach, louis vuitton.. why are they so expensive? name brands are just expensive sometimes!

Because they are name brands, are "in", a celeb probably advertised it or wears it, and they keep you warm ;)
