www.paqcs.com, where tech support is not as slow as your average phone call to India or Pakistan, and where we really speak English. However, sometimes it's the next day before you get an answer.. so, if it's as urgent as a 911 call, come to Yahoo Answers, or do a Yahoo search, and research it.

You can go to the search engine ask.com. Real people don't answer you questions but it is usful
