How do I get used to going "down" on a rollercoaster, cuz my stomach sorta can't handle it, like I don't throw up or anything, but I can't stand the feeling....but how do I get used to it...any techniques?

What worked for me...

1. try something small first...like the galaxy...4 person car..smaller one....(it starts out slow..small hills etc..)

2. don't eat anything before going on it...or you will have something to hurl up....if you know what I mean..

3. sit in the middle of the train (cars in the middle) not in the front because you will see what is coming ..and not in the end...because that is where you feel it the most

4. when you are at the top..what works for me..is hold on with your elbows in your stomach. try to stay in your seat...you will boost out a bit....swallow hard....

5. save the twisty ones to the last..of the day....build up to that..get your body use to the rest....I usually start off with the flume (water ride) after the galaxy..or so forth..start off little and work your way up...gets your body prepared for the feel .....if you know what i mean..good luck!

When I first started riding roller coaster, I got the same feeling you do. Now I know how to work through it so I can enjoy the rides. Here's what you do.

When you get to a theme park, hit the biggest baddest ride first. Try to find one of those straight down free fall rides. Those work best. Then, do it again.

I know it sounds stupid, but once your adrenaline kicks in you'll be fine. Then you can enjoy the rest of the rides with no problem. Also, screaming as loud as you possibly can sometimes helps. I'm not sure why.

That's the best part of being on a rollercoaster. The feel it gives you in the pit of your stomache. The more your ride the coasters, the more apt you'll be in controling your feel of them. Have fun, relax and enjoy the ride!

When I first started riding roller coasters I would inhale right as I dropped over the hill. Worked for me, and now I can't get enough of 'em!

Stop going on them if you are going to throw up. The only way to like them even more is to keep on riding them over and over again.

that's as much as the clothier of the coaster whether the experience desires small or great wheels. length adjusts the cost that the coaster will flow by utilising how a lot weight & friction it has on the tracks. maximum circumstances, the clothier has to alter the unique wheels in the time of tests to be sure that the experience hits the focused velocity that they meant.

you need to start by going on small coasters with small drops to get your stomach used to it, dont worry about it before hand either because that will just make you worse

Just hold your breath and hold on to the the gaurd rail.

Scream too. It releases gases in your belly so you don't feel so weird.
