What are those grass circles? They look like radar screens or something. This is really freaking me out. Can someone from Washington tell me what these are? Or anyone seen these?

They are crops with an irrigation system (creating the line). It's country out there....if you zoom in on Google maps you can see the roads and paths through the crops.

I am a farm kid gone city, they are called irrigation circles. Water is pumped up from a source like a creek or well with very large pumps (500,000 gallons per hour or more) then they are sent by a underground pipe to a Pivot in the middle. It is all overhead about 12-15 feet up at every section there are a set of legs with wheels with a electric motor that moves them in a circle. Some circles can have up to 10 sections. Some circles are over 500 feet across.

Its a irrigtion system that has a central point where the water comes out of the ground and rotates as it waters. Kinda like drawing a circle with a compass.
