Tell him nothing. America is the only country where circumcision is a majority. Go to france or other countries and it's quite normal. I'm uncircumcised and girls are very curious about it
and It's actually gotten me more. I'm sure he knows the difference by now. Just ignore it.

Not all guys' penises look the same. Some are big, some are small, some are thick some are thin. Some are circumsized and some aren't. Your friend shouldn't feel insecure because he's not cut. And, if the girls makes any comment about it that makes your friend upset, he should immediately get dressed and ask the girl to leave; to make such a comment would be truly insulting and totally uncalled for.
Alternatively, of course, if he wants to become circumsized, it can happen.... just have him talk with a doctor.

Tell him not to worry about it. Tell him that he is lucky to have an uncircumcised penis. Men with uncircumcised penis' have more sensitivity. As long as he keeps it clean and washes underneath the his foreskin than he should be good. Also the girl shouldn't have a problem with it in the first place. When the penis is erect and the foreskin is pulled back then the penis looks like a circumcised penis. And if the female that he is with is having a problem with it because of the way it feels, then they could always find out a different way of having sex, using ribbed condoms would change the feel.

I agree with redman, In fact in the US the statics are changing. I believe it is close to 40% uncircumcised to 60% circumcised.

Tell him that it wont make a difference.He will have the same sexual pleasure as someone un circumsized.And tell ur freind if he is really good at sexualy pleasing girl they will be begging for more!

From my and others' experiences, tell him that girls aren't that shallow. It may be not be the norm in most of America, but it is in the rest of the world. Tell him to enjoy it and stop worrying. :)

tell your friend that i've never been laughed at or frowned upon by any woman because i am uncut. there's no law stating that cut is correct. more important, tell your friend, is how well he learns to use his uncut self. that's what matters most!
