Depends how old you are, and what kind of bike you would like to insure.. I am 22, and I pay $40/month for my 04 CBR 600rr.. I went to some of the other listed companies, most wouldn't even touch me, others gave me rates like 2000-4000/year. Good luck!

Check out Progressive. I have my car and boat with All-state and they wanted $648 for my bike. I got the same coverage (dollar for dollar) from Progressive and it's $179. My All-state agent said they lost most of their motorcycle business to Progressive.

Progressive is great. I've got liability coverage only on my 2000 KLR650 but it's only $129 per YEAR.

I'm not in SoCal, but Allstate has treated me right so far. Check Geico out too.
