Some do, some don't.
Different women have different tastes, and generalities are very misleading.
BTW, a girl is a female child. A woman is an adult female. Although some people call mature women "girls", many women find this degrading. (You wouldn't call a mature man a "boy", would you?) Hopefully, you meant American women, not girls, that is, I hope you are not a child molester.

Well since the majority of americans are indeed "white" i suppose they would favor "white" men..if they still have the tendency to not mix their bloodlines..But i see modern america is not totally like that anymore, there are more interacial relationships than ever before...so some places in america, you might find it like that, others you find a mixture.

I'd say that most midwest girls probably have accents themselves so it wouldn't matter unless his accent was foreign to their region or country.
