by the looks of the image on the link, the phone is a 3.5G which are not yet available in the UK. They work on slight differenct frequencies than here in the UK so will probably not offer you full functionallity if you did manage to get one (off Ebay or similar sites)
It will be 12 months before we see the next wave of 3.5G handsets in the UK as Japan, China and Korea are always 12-24 months ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to technology.
