I am going to a career fair on Tuesday. Should I wear a suit or a nice sweater with slacks?

Consider yourself a brand being introduced into the marketplace. What would you want your brand to say? Envision the position you are after and wear what you believe you would wear if you had that job.

More practical advice: Be sure to be comfortable and that the clothes fit nicely (not too tight or too big). Wear conservative accessories (i.e. a watch, small earrings) and please don't carry a purse and a briefcase. If you carry a briefcase, just put a small clutch inside for your personal items. Also, please have your briefcase organized where your resume's are easily found as well as a pen & paper for taking notes. When you open your briefcase, you want it to reflect an organized individual.

Good luck.

Wear the nice sweater with slacks. A job fair is a "business casual" event.

do not placed on something you're uncomfortable in considering which you prefer to be at your desirable! an incredible shirt with gown pants and intense heels would be super. in case you prefer to step it up a splash placed on a suit jacket - in basic terms purchase a extra female one!
