Just for your information it was done by a team!
On September 8th and 9th the Towers had a "powerdown".
A man named Forbes (who worked in the towers)even wrote a letter to the 9/11 commission to tell them of this event ....he was never called to testify....WHY???
After this "work".....all of the bomb sniffing dogs were taken out of service in the towers!
