Cleopatra VII was beautiful, by definition. How ever she looked, or how ever she "came on," she attracted Julius Caesar and Marc Antony. So she is the most "attractive" woman who ever lived.

I understand her nose was too long to be considered truly beatiful by the standardds of classical beauty at that time (Graeco-Roman).
