You may be surprised to know your councils website will have aerial footage that you can drag like Google Earth, I have a picture of my home with my car stood outside.

Not all Google Earth is at high definition.

Yep, google earth would probably be your best bet. It's a great programme well worth having and really fun to play with!

go to google earth down load the free software and follow the prompts shows whole world just need to get description of area right.

multimap.com will also allow you to overlay an aerial photo onto the street map down to 1 in 5,000

go to www.multimap.com then put in location and select ariel display i find it useful google earth is a bit fuzzy in places.
