We were under surprise attack from terrorists.
They were hitting big symbolic American targets.
No doubt, the President would be the biggest target.
He sat where he was, at a school filled with American children, live on TV for all including terrorists to see, for 1/2 an hour.

I take it you feel like he was putting the children in danger? If you remember right he spent most of the day in Air Force One after the attacks flying to secret destinations. To prevent an attack against the President. It took years of planning for the terrorists to hit their targets. They had these targets set in place months before they boarded those planes. It would be impossible for them to see on the news that the President was at a school. Then figure out which, school, where it is and it's precise coordinants. In fact, the fourth plane that was forced down into the field in PA is suspected as targeting the White House. Which is the closet they would have came to taken out the President. Believe me, protection of the president was main priority that morning. Those children were in no danger.

1. He sat for 7 minutes. 2. He was told to by his security team. They had to access what the best thing for him to do was, where to go etc. 3. He didn't want to upset the kids - listen to the interview with the teacher. She thought he was amazing that day.
I suppose Kerry's response was better. He said he couldn't do anything for 20 minutes.
Are you bother by what the terrorists hear/see on TV today - sniper videos on CNN, Democrats saying the talking points as the terrorists?
