who ever laid the driveway were amateurs this should not have happened.as hardcore should have been put down first and compacted,you will probably have to get a professional in to do the job right because it will keep getting worse until this is done.

Put some sand and small gravel under the blocks to level them out. You'll need to repeat this a couple of more times after driving over them for a while.

Take out the blocks and fill and level with sand from Home Depot or Lowe's.

lift blocks and float some sand/cement leave 10 mm above finish level then compact it with a plate compactor

Remove the sunken slabs and put sand undernearh them until they are level with the others.

lift the blocks concerned and scrape out sand and replace with a dry mix of sand and cement replace blocks
