You can download Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 for free at Microsoft.com.
I would recommend using Firefox, which also has tabbed browsing and is much better and easy to customize. You can get this at:

Do a yahoo search for Internet Explorer 7 and you should find the download. It IS a free browser. It took me awhile to get used to, but when I switched back to using my mother's computer for a few days, I missed the tabbed browsing SO much! It's the BEST!

You're looking for Internet Explorer 7. Either go to Microsoft updates and download it using the software upgrades, or go to the yahoo homepage (if you want the yahoo version) and download it there.
Also, you can download Firefox and use that instead. My brother swears by that one.

i would say instead of internet explorer thats vulnerable to spyware and all that, download firefox....dont worry....it has tabs too ;)
