i recently read this thing about a new rocket propulsion sistem named V.A.S.I.M.R. what do the letters stand for?
also its being developed in rocket company costa rica so where is that?
who directs it?
is it a subsidiary company or what?
and if it is where are the 'headquarters' and who directs that?

VASIMR= Varaable specific impulse Magnetoplasma rocket it's a pulsar engine this was a so call black opps air craft called arora this so called air craft has a pulsar engine and it will also create dougnut like rings as it is engaged hang on Mach 6 is noting to this engine just hope the metals we use holds up and doesn't melt from the friction of the air
